Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Bird Of Flight accepts returns within 14 days of the receipt of your shoes. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.  Please do NOT use the shoe box as a shipping box.  We hope you're super excited when you first see your new shoes,  but please try your shoes on a rug or clean indoor surface (we suggested clean, flattened cardboard boxes) so that we may feel good about selling them to someone else. We are a small business and we apologize, but we are not able to pay for return shipping. If you need help with a shipping label, email us at hello@birdofflightshoes.com . We will then email a label to you and deduct the cost of shipping from your return.

All marked down shoes are final sale. This does NOT include full price items bought with coupon codes.
